Your prices are more than competitive and you were one of the very few who got back to us for a “look-see” and then a written quote…the others didn’t even bother! Nolan is friendly, very approachable and able to explain how different components of the geothermal systems work. I greatly appreciate someone like Nolan who intuitively understands that an emphasis on technical detail to communicate with a nontechnical person is not what some customers need.

We recently had Sub Zero Heating and Cooling install an on-demand water heater to replace our ailing hot water tank. We are pleased with their work, expertise and efficiency. Sub Zero Heating and Cooling were recommended to me by 3 of my neighbours when my heat pump failed. Nolan was the first to respond to my request for quotes for a new heat pump system for the 3 local Heating and Cooling businesses I contacted. Options about costs, installation schedules, and grant opportunities were fully explained on a home visit and a quote was sent the next day. Once I had agreed to the work considerable effort was expended to procure the necessary equipment and complete installation approximately a week later. Two excellent workers completed the installation with minimal interruption to house heating and with no mess. I found the entire process to be efficient and stress-free. Nolan and his team have customer satisfaction as a high priority, they exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone requiring Heating and Cooling services.
